Give our warehouse address to each factory/supplier you're buying from. Or, if you're buying from Taobao, use our warehouse address when checking out on Taobao.

Every domestic shipment in China comes with a unique Domestic Shipment Number (运单号). Record the domestic shipment number for each domestic shipment you get sent to our warehouse. If you're buying from multiple suppliers, you can wait till you have the full list of domestic shipment numbers ready before sending the final list to us. We will use the domestic shipment numbers to match the corresponding packages at our warehouse to your account.

Once you're ready to ship, we'll consolidate all your packages and process them for international shipping. We can ship to you, your customers or even Amazon FBA warehouses around the world. CNXtrans offers international shipping from China to more than 200 countries worldwide via air, sea or rail.
Ship by Air, Sea or Train
Ship from China via air, sea or rail depending on the nature of your shipment. Note that shipping by train is only available for shipments to European countries.

For smaller shipments and even larger shipments where your priority is speed, we ship via air courier/cargo. Air courier shipments via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or SF Express can be delivered to you or your customers' doorsteps in as quickly as 3-5 business days. For larger shipments we can also ship by air cargo (via commercial airlines). We also have bulk air shipping routes (for large shipments) to USA, Canada, UK & all of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore that are inclusive of customs clearance and delivery to door (including Amazon FBA warehouses around the world).
For larger shipments especially if you're shipping in pallets or containers, we can ship to you via ocean freight. Note that ocean shipments are measured in terms of Cubic Meters (CBM) if shipping on a LCL (Less Container Load Basis), and in terms of 20 foot or 40 foot containers if shipping on a FCL (Full Container Load Basis). Sea shipments to many countries including USA, Canada, UK & all of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, UAE, Indonesia are inclusive of delivery to door (including Amazon FBA warehouses around the world). Note that small shipments are not eligible for shipping by sea. For many of these countries, there is even the option to include customs duties in the sea shipments. Also for larger shipments only, shipping by train is a good alternative to shipping by air or sea because it is more cost effective than shipping by air and logistically easier to handle than shipping by sea. Note that currently shipping by train is only available for shipments to European countries and comes inclusive of customs clearance, customs duties and delivery to door. The goods are transported to Europe by train and after customs has been cleared, UPS will handle the delivery to door. Train shipments can even be used to ship to Amazon FBA warehouses all around Europe, with UPS handling the last mile delivery to the Amazon warehouses.

Consolidation helps reduce your international shipping costs. Many Alibaba suppliers in particular will require you to have an international shipping agent - CNXtrans will be your shipping agent. Consolidation is free so as long as you'll be shipping internationally through CNXtrans.
Once your goods have arrived at the CNXtrans warehouse in China, we can help you repack, relabel, add/remove invoices, add any required logos to your items/packages and even remove any seller invoices, receipts or contact details if required before international shipping to you or your customers around the world. If you'll be shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses around the world, just email us your Amazon labels and we'll print them out and stick them onto your cartons for you before shipping them out.
How we identify your packages/cartons when they arrive at our warehouse in China
As there are thousands of packages/cartons at our warehouse in China at any point in time, after contacting us for our warehouse address for your suppliers from Alibaba or other platforms to send the goods to, please also record the full list of domestic shipment numbers and email the final list to us at contact@cnxtrans.com once you have it ready. As domestic shipment numbers are always unique, it acts as the unique identifier for us to identify your packages/cartons at our warehouse for you.
CNXtrans can be the Exporter of Record for your Shipment
Many suppliers in China may not have an export license, especially if they cater primarily to the domestic market in China. CNXtrans helps you overcome this issue because we have our own export license. We can therefore act as the Exporter of Record for your shipment even if your suppliers are unable to.
