CONTAINER volume at Ningbo-Zhoushan port has exceeded 20 million TEU in under seven months, 22 days ahead of last year's record date, reports the UK's Seatrade Maritime News.
Ningbo-Zhoushan port benefitted from collaboration with shipping companies, opening up shipping services, and reinforcing empty containers this year, according to Ningbo-Zhoushan port operator Haigang Group.
The port currently has a high number of services totaling 300 calls.
